Delivery Information
Standard delivery to the mainland UK will cost no more than £4.95, lighter / smaller orders may cost less. Our website will offer you the most economical option. Express delivery will also be offered where available at addtional cost. All items require someone to receive the delivery, please ensure that there is some body available at the delivery address as a signature may also be required. If no one is available the parcel may be taken to and held at a Post Office or delivery depot to await customer collection. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or parcels delivered late. We will despatch all orders on a best endeavours basis in date order. If you are in any doubt or have any concerns regarding availability or delivery times please contact Customer Services. We also offer an Economy delivery service, which is in some instances free. Please note that the Economy delivery service is not available for any order containing sale, special offer or discounted items.
Delivery costs for all orders are calculated according to the weight and/or
volume of the items ordered and the chosen delivery destination. The site will only select our standard delivery options, if you
require a timed delivery on a specific day please contact our Customer Services
team for more information. Timed and Saturday delivery options are available
subject to stock availability, delivery destination and order time, these
options incur additional shipping charges. Despatch of all orders is subject to

This site delivers to the UK and Ireland only. All parcels will be despatched using postal or courier services which are traceable and require a signature on delivery. At your own risk you may ask that a parcel is left in a safe place without a signature, if this is requested we will not be held liable for any loss or damage and specifically if lost following delivery your parcel will not be replaced. Please contact us for delivery to BFPO's.
Delivery costs vary to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Channel Islands and Isles of Man. In all cases we strive to keep the cost of delivery to a minimum whilst ensuring the security and speed of delivery.
All parcels carry a basic element of insurance and are sent by ParcelForce Worldwide or Royal Mail. We offer the facility to track your parcel online as well as monitoring your orders progress by logging in to your online account. Your online account will show your order status as 'Paid' when it is initially received and awaiting picking by our warehouse. When the order enters picking the status changes to 'In picking' and then to 'Despatched' once the parcel is processed for despatch. At this point your parcel tracking / reference number will also be shown.
Subject to stock availability the majority of orders are despatched on the working day of receipt**, but please allow at least three working days for your order to be despatched. If you require a specific delivery day or have an urgent delivery requirement please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to arrange this for you, subject to stock availability.
*Deliveries to some BFPO locations outside the EU may be exempt from VAT. For delivery to BFPO locations within the EU a VAT exemption certificate (15(10) form) must be provided in order to qualify for VAT free status, for more information please see www.forcesbarbour.com
**Orders for items which are in stock at our distribution centre received prior to 3pm on a working day.
Returns information
Goods may be returned for refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt. Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'. You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return, unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 21 day policy. Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods. Goods are returned to us at your cost. Customers exchanging goods will be charged the appropriate delivery charge on their new order.
Customers who have placed orders between 1st November and 20th December have until the following 10th January to return their goods for exchange or refund. All other orders are subject to our standard 21 day returns policy.
