If you would like your Barbour jacket repaired or re-waxed please contact the Barbour Customer Service team customer.services@barbour.com or Tel: 0191 427 4210. If you would like to rewax your garment yourself Barbour recommend you use their own Thornproof Wax Dressing. The D270 Thornproof Wax Dressing can be purchased from the following link: Thornproof Wax Dressing.
If you wish to, please complete an online garment repair form on Barbour's own site. Comprehensive care information is also contained within the Barbour care leaflet that you should have received with your waxed cotton jacket. If you do not have a care leaflet please email Barbour Customer Services customer.services@barbour.com for a free copy.
For enquiries regarding a Barbour product with a suspected manufacturing fault which you have purchased from The Outdoor & Country Store please contact Barbour Customer Services, who will advise on the replacement or repair of your item subject to the terms of the Barbour Guarantee. If you prefer to contact us at The Outdoor & Country Store we will also be able to assist you, but to enable a swift resolution to your enquiry we will refer you to Barbour Customer Services in the first instance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
