Rated 5 out of 5 by Victoria93 from So comfy! My husband and I each got a pair of these after a friend recommended Aigle. I previously had Hunters which I loved, but they were very old and I was advised that the quality of Hunters these days is poor. These wellies have good flexibility and are very comfortable. They are spacious around the calf - actually they are too wide for both of us but it doesn't cause a problem. We've been wearing them everyday over the cold months to walk the dog. Definitely recommend! I am a size 5 and find mine very big so they do slip on my heal a lot. My husband had to go 10.5 as they didn't do 10 so his are also big. I just hope they last for many years now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JAC31 from Comfortable and warm When I first bought a pair of these boots I couldn't believe I'd paid that much for a pair of Wellingtons. However that was a few years ago and I'm now on my third pair as they're warm, comfortable and supportive around the feet and ankle and I won't buy anything else. They are worn almost daily for long walks with the dog and they're just great boots.

I have wide feet as well as wide calves. Are these likely to be too narrow?
Thanks for your question. This product is not described as offering a wide fit, the Aigle Parcours® 2 Signature Wide Fit Wellington Boots may be better suited to you, product code 025026.

Just looking at the bronze and they look black with a bronze sole. Can anyone confirm the actual boot colour?

Are these wider than the vert chameau? I struggled to get into the neo chameau as have largish calves! Can you advise on the best neo lined boot for wider calves. Thank you
Thanks for your question and interest in our products. The calf measurement for each size can be found under the 'Product Measurements' tab on the product page. Generally, this style would be a wider boot than the Le Chameau equivalent.

Can anyone tell me if the width specified on the sizing page on this website is the standard width or is it the maximum width? Lady with very large calves hunting for wellies but it’s very difficult. I have child size feet and hippo size calves. Thanks
Thanks for your question, we can confirm that the calf width listed under the product measurements tab details the standard boot width, without an adjustment from the boot gusset. Our peace of mind returns policy means that any unsuitable items can be returned to us within 90 days (subject to our standard T&C's).
