I have measured the top of the Wellington and it measures at 15 and a half inches they are a slightly tight fit but very comfortable. I hope this has helped

When speaking with Barbour them selves they have advised that customer who are in-between sizes should order the next size up, so in this case a UK 6. Please note that the calf width varies depending on the size: UK 4 - 37 cm UK 6 - 39 cm UK 8 - 41 cm If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
