This year, all the staff here at Outdoor & Country have been working hard to offer our customers the very best service and experience possible whilst they are shopping with us. Which is why we are extremely proud to be able to announce that we have been shortlisted for two Online Retail Awards and a Customer Experience Award for striving to deliver top quality customer service. 2013 Customer Experience Awards
The 2013 Customer Experience Awards, are a unique celebration of the best customer experience provided by UK retailers. Now in its fourth year, the panel has shortlisted Outdoor & Country in the Small/Medium Enterprise (SME) category. The award recognises how a company has developed their business model based on feedback from customers, something which is incredibly important according to Managing Director of Outdoor & Country, Jonathan Capener. “We always respond to customer feedback and ensure we find better ways to provide a top quality service for all our online visitors”, explains Jonathan. We all have our fingers crossed for the finals in October, in the mean time, we look forward to continuing to offer you the very best service possible.

This year, Outdoor & Country has also been nominated for two Online Retail Awards. The Online Retail Awards are an international celebration of the very best retail websites and mobile sites, rewarding those businesses who go above and beyond what would normally be expected. We have certainly been ticking all the boxes because Outdoor & Country are competing in both the “Fashion & Clothing” and “Overall: Specialist” categories. This comes as we have been adding more and more brands to our website in order to offer our customers the best in outdoor clothing. The Online Retail Awards also recognise the relationship that a business has with its audience, this is something that often happens through social media, where our customers can engage and interact with us in a relaxed way.
