The company has achieved its status through use of the latest technologies such as a virtual fitting room, allowing customers to enter their measurements to see how a jacket will fit.The Business of the Year Award is a demonstration of all-round excellence in business focusing on financial performance, future objectives and the competitive advantage of the business. Whilst the Excellence in Customer Service Award has taken into account the customer service objectives and strategy, business performance, customer care, staff development plans and how this has driven business growth.
