We’re sure you’re familiar with the iconic Regina boots which were the origin of the brand’s success. Their stunning range of colours and removeable tassel design is a staple in the world of high end country fashion. However, we’re here to tell you all about another incredible pair of shoes from this premium brand: the Fairfax & Favor Anglesey combat boots<\/a>. While Fairfax & Favor Regina boots<\/a> are a dream for special occasions, nights out, and days when you just want to dress to impress, the Angleseys are sure to become your go-to footwear for everyday use. The boots are absolutely perfect for the upcoming cooler seasons, boasting a soft shearling lining that is just one of our favourite features. I wore them on a very wet and windy day on the Norfolk coast with no concerns about cold feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another brilliant feature of the Anglesey boots is the chunky sole, which provides great grip and shock absorption. This makes them ideal for walking on all sorts of terrains as you can’t feel stones or uneven surfaces. The sturdy toe area also helps to protect your feet – my very excitable cocker spaniel can jump all over me as much as she likes in these! The Angleseys are classed as “combat boots”, which I think is an accurate description. They make you feel like you could head out on the most epic of adventures as soon as you put them on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The final thoughtful design element is that the Anglesey boots are very easy to put on and take off, with a full inside zip. You can also adjust the fit with the laces, ensuring every part of the boot is just right. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Classic Fairfax & Favor Colourway<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I chose the cognac colourway when I bought these shoes, and as with the classic Fairfax shade of tan, the colour goes with everything. This allows me to wear my Angleseys with almost anything in my wardrobe. The cognac colour matches particularly well with earthy shades like green and deep reds, as well as classic denim. You also don’t need to worry about getting these boots dirty, as the suede is easy to clean and protect. This fabric is much more hardwearing than it looks as long as it is looked after. I have even worn mine in the rain multiple times with no trace of a water stain once dried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Fairfax & Favor Luxury Detailing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fairfax & Favor is all about luxury and the brand makes sure to showcase this in every detail. The Anglesey boots are rich with branding, but it is tasteful and subtle, and in fact adds to the premium feel the boots have. I love the brand’s shield logo, which you’ll find on every gold eyelet, the lace tab, a stud at the back of the boot, and debossed into the top of the tongue. To me it is the perfect finishing touch to these stunning boots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In short, there are many reasons to love the Fairfax & Favor Anglesey Boots<\/a>, with no reasons not to! Mine are well worn already, but I can tell these boots are going to last me for years because of the robust and high quality materials used. The comfort they provide makes you want to reach for them every time you leave the house. In fact, I’ve been eagerly awaiting the return of cooler weather so that I could retrieve them from their protective blue bags! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Angleseys are without a doubt my go-to pair of shoes for the seasons ahead, for everything from dog walks to evenings at the pub. If you’re hesitating, try a pair on and discover the incredible comfort for yourself – it’ll make the decision very easy for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
