We take home the accolade for Small Medium Enterprises…<\/h2>\n

We are absolutely delighted to be able to tell our customers that Outdoor & Country have won yet another award, and this time we have been recognised by the UK Customer Experience Awards<\/a>\u00a0for excellence in customer experience. With the competition now in its fourth year, UK Customer Experience Awards winners are chosen by a judging panel<\/a>\u00a0that\u2019s made up of experienced professionals from a number of different industries.<\/p>\n

The UK Customer Experience Awards require an in-depth analysis of the business and judges score each business on different areas such as their key objectives and how the company has performed against these objectives. Winning businesses must also show innovation and have made a positive impact on the end to end journey that their customers experience when using the company\u2019s services. Having been shortlisted, a team from Outdoor & Country travelled to London to present information to the panel of leading industry professionals, followed by a wide range of detailed questions.<\/p>\n

The award ceremony was held at the decadent Grand Connaught Rooms in London where Outdoor & Country faced fierce competition to win the accolade. Neil Skehel, managing director of Awards International explained that the standard for the 2013 awards had exceeded all expectations. \u201cWe are delighted with the quality of entries for the UK Customer Experience Awards and we look forward to celebrating and rewarding the success at the special event,\u201d said Neil. Despite this, our team had faith that they stood a good chance owing to their \u2018Passion for Customers\u2019 initiative, which involved the use of customer feedback to help drive the development of the business.<\/p>\n

After executing the presentation with confidence, we were chosen as the winner in the Small Medium Enterprise Category, rewarding our team for all the hard work that’s been done over the last year. We are particularly pleased to have won an award that recognises the dedication we put into providing the best experience for our customers and through our continued efforts, we will carry on providing a superior experience when you shop with us.<\/p>\n
