A fleeced inner provides the cosiest of wears, reinforced with a 4mm thick neoprene for additional protection and warmth that will keep on functioning down to temperatures of -20\u00b0C…and whilst the calf doesn’t provide a lot of stretch, it does feel soft to touch and keeps cold air out.
