Great and functional
I've been using it for a week or so, and cannot find any issues so far. All in all great and durable backpack, the laptop compartment accommodates my 15" laptop perfectly.

Love this Backpack
I use this for carrying around my mobile office stuff, laptop, chargers paperwork etc. Has room in the side pockets for a Clean canteen water bottle and cup and the other pocket I carry my umbrella and waterproof trousers. In addition to pens pads etc, I also carry antibacterial wipes, snacks, compass city map etc. So brilliant all round travel pack for commuting via trains and taxi.
The bad bits are that the water bottle can slip from the side pocket when stowed in a trains overhead rack. I fixed this with a lanyard, but it would benefit greatly if it had side loops to attach to Mille or similiar. Also, some webbing at the front would be great to hold wet waterproofs etc. This isn't great for outdoor pursuits, I have lowe alpine stuff etc which is far better for this and it could do with an integrated waterproof cover. I purchased one for £4 off e-bay which does the trick and is stowed in the front pocket, but would benefit from being attached.
So long walks from stations to remote offices and construction sites, this looks as good as new after 4 years of heavy use ever day. If the could tweak it a bit it would be outstanding.
