Gift cards
Gift cards can be used to purchase product online, over the phone through our Customer Service department and in any of our retail stores.
To redeem a gift card online, simply enter the card number and verification code on the payment page. The verification code is unique to each gift card and is supplied along with the card at the time of purchase. If any balance is due, you will be prompted to do so after entering the gift card details. If your purchase is less than the amount on the card, then the balance will be left on the card to be used on a future date.
To redeem a gift card in store, simply present the card to a member of staff at the till point. If any balance is to be paid, you will be asked for the subsequent payment method. If your purchase is less than the amount on the card, then the balance will be left on the card to be used on a future date.
If a product is returned and was purchased with a gift card, the value of the gift card purchase will be returned back to the gift card used. We are unable to issue a cash refund on purchases made with a gift card and are unable to replace lost, damanged or stolen cards.
Terms and conditions
Gift cards will expire 24 months from date of activation or the last redemption, refund or top-up (in store only). At expiry any remaining balance will be lost. This card cannot be exchanged for cash. Items purchased with a gift card will have the balance refunded back to the gift card if returned, subject to our standard returns policy.
