We understand that price as well as service is important. We believe we offer excellent Customer Service and a fantastic range of products at competitive prices. However, in the unlikely event that you find an identical product available for a lower price elsewhere we are able to offer a price match facility. In order to qualify the following conditions must be met:

• The price match item is identical (e.g. same colour, size);
• The item is immediately available for sale (i.e. not a back order or special order item);
• The item is new (in perfect condition) and is not being sold by a private seller, i.e. it is being sold by an authorised retailer (the website or retailer is genuine);
• The price must be available to the public in general, i.e. not a specific or restricted price offer;
• The price must be comparable, for instance if for mail order then the delivery cost (if any) must also be included;
• We retain the right not to offer a price match if we deem it not to be commercially viable.
• The price match cannot be applied retrospectively and will not be undertaken after a purchase is made.
