Rated 5 out of 5 by Dave M from Great fit and great customer service After deliberating for months between a Sapper and a Corbridge jacket I opted for the Sapper having spoken to the customer service rep who was extremely helpful and it was her detailed knowledge about both products that helped me make my mind up. Delivery was prompt and the communication between myself and Outdoor and Country was first rate. Will definitely shop here again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Overseas- from Solid, stylish and dependable. This is my third Barbour jacket, it is well made, well cut and I love the rolled away hood feature. The service was swift and the product was delivered without too much packaging etc. The jacket is great for any who spends a lot of time outdoors and the lining makes it an ideal autumn/spring option.

I have a Club Sapper Jacket which is 56% Cotton, 44% Polyurethene. It's no longer waterproof. What's the best way to reproof it please ?
Hi, you will need to use Barbour Thornproof wax dressing, it’s a very simple process and there is a step by step guide on the Barbour website.

Hi, I have a 45.5 inch chest and I am 6 feet 2 inches tall, what size would you recommend for the Sapper?
I'm a similar build and have found the XXL a very comfortable fit.

Hi, I am looking at the Barbour Sapper wax jacket. My chest size is 38 ins and I would like a jacket with a reasonably good fit that is not too baggy. Do you think small or Medium size would be best? Thanks in advance for your advice.
Hi, I purchased a large and I have found that it is more baggier than I thought it would be, so maybe a medium would be more of a snug fit. The Corbridge jacket is a closer fit than the Sapper and is very similar in design. That said I am very happy with my jacket and the service from Outdoor and Country was excellent overall.
