Aigle Parcours 3.0 – New and Improved Wellington Boots
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the best-selling Aigle Parcours wellington boots. Designed and handcrafted in France, these wellies are popular with dog walkers, farmers, gamekeepers, equestrians and anyone who spends time outdoors. To celebrate three decades of expertise and innovation, we’re excited to share the launch of the new Aigle Parcours 3.0 range. These new wellies focus on the people behind the design – those who work in the field.
Let’s take a look at the features of the existing Parcours that make them so popular, and then we’ll delve into what the new design has to offer.
Why The Aigle Parcours Are So Popular

Key features of the Parcours 2 include:
- Tri-density rubber sole that cushions every step while absorbing impact, reducing fatigue during long walks.
- Supportive, fitted ankle which helps keep your foot stable on uneven ground and prevents slipping.
- Natural Gomma Plus® rubber construction, offering excellent flexibility, durability and waterproof protection.
- Hiking-inspired tread for improved grip on muddy slopes and wet terrain.
- Handcrafted construction in France using traditional rubber boot manufacturing techniques.
Classed by the brand as in “anti-fatigue” boot, Parcours are overwhelmingly known for their comfort. They are designed for long distances and lengthy periods of wear, with multiple features to support this. The Parcours are also easy to look after, with self-cleaning soles and a washable fast-drying polyester lining helping you to keep them in the best possible condition.

How The Parcours 3.0 Are Different
The Aigle Parcours 3.0 are designed based on what the ground demands. They represent the bond between the earth and those who work it, and focus on exactly what is needed. However, the new Parcours collection also acknowledges that not every person moves in the same way.
The Parcours 3.0 range all feature the same core system which prioritises grip, support, durability, and comfort. Each design then has its own specific purpose, resulting in a collection that forms a complete system of protection, adaption and recovery.

The new Parcours retain the same tried and tested high-performance rubber compound outsole as the Parcours 2, with added ActiGrip technology and sculpting for mud release and superior traction. A shank plate increases stability, while a foam and felt insole improves shock absorption and breathability.
Aigle’s Neomesh lining is considered an improvement on Neoprene as it maintains the same level of warmth but is 35% lighter and dries 8.5 times faster. The lighter fabric increases flexibility and reduces stiffness, allowing the boot to move with you and reducing overall fatigue. Importantly, there are also fewer CO2 emissions generated during its production, resulting in a more sustainable material.
Overall, this newest reiterations of the Parcours Wellingtons focus in on the most important, practical details.

For decades Aigle has earned its place as one of the most trusted wellington boot brands for country life. Combining lasting comfort, dependable performance and expert craftsmanship, these are boots which continue to be relied upon by walkers, farmers, and more.
