5 STARS – Rugged & Warm “I live in the cold north in Minnesota, USA. These boots arrived from the UK on time, and in time for use in sub-zero (F) cold and knee-deep snow. They are not advertised as a cold weather boot, but with their leather lining and a pair of thick merino socks, my feet and legs stayed warm and dry for hours. Snow shoeing, timber cutting, ice chopping: the boots do not show a mark. Now the spring thaw is here, and so far, no leaks. I am obviously completely satisfied and happy. The next test is a spring snow goose hunt on the Canadian tundra. I am now confident that I have the right boots.”

Comfortable to walk in long distance, sweat and moisture free, easy to clean, great boot removal tab on the heel, and great grip in slimy and wet muddy forest. They look good too, for the country look. I resisted buying them for a long time, which was a mistake, I can now go anywhere off-road within reason.”
