How do I get a copy of my returns label or QR code?

Upon completion of the online returns portal, a return label or QR code can be downloaded.

A copy of your selected return method is then sent to the email address we hold for you. If you are unable to locate this, we recommend checking your Junk or Spam folder.

Alternatively, a copy can be re-downloaded from your online account.
